Overview of Troi Plug-ins for FileMaker Pro 11 So there is no need to change any function calls when converting to FileMaker 11 (as compared to the change in plug-in architecture introduced in FileMaker Pro 7). The plug-in architecture has not changed in FileMaker 11. Troi has converted its main plug-ins to these Universal versions. Therefore all plug-ins need to be Universal plug-ins. However, when FileMaker is launched on Intel Macs, it only loads Universal plug-ins.
Running plug-ins with FileMaker Pro 11 and Mac OS XįileMaker Pro 11 for Mac OS X is (just like FileMaker Pro 10 ) a Universal Application and can run natively on PowerPC and Intel Macintoshes.
